I visited Holy Smokes for the first time today and was thoroughly pleased! The pulled chicken was great. The coleslaw and the baked beans both had a unique twist that I've never had before....

OMG, probably the beat ribs I have ever had; tender and tasty. Enjoyed trying the sauces at the table. Ive never been much of a BBQ fan, but Holy Smokes is changing my mind!

Driving down I16 and needed to eat. Stopped in based on the response to the owner's response to a negative review (ok and all the positive feedback on the food too.) It is no longer a food truck....
