This is a review of this store only. I've been to plenty of Micheals and both Brier Creek and Southpoint locations a bunch. I find in this store the staff are less helpful and less happy overall

This happened in October and it's still very much upsets me. The framing department has horrible attitude. I thought it was just a bad day but both drop off and pick up was a horrible experience....
